How come the price of your home is supposedly going down while the price of the homes you are looking at buying continue to appreciate? Is location a factor? Interest rates have not come up that much from the recent lows, it is still cheap to borrow $. Who told you that the price of housing in SF is going down? Thats a new one to me.
