I'm a Realtor in the Bucks county PA area. I come
across great opportunities to flip properties almost
weekly. I would love to create a partnership with a
lender to capitilize on some of these opportunities.
I have one main question before continuing. What kind
of APR % rate does your company charge for dealing
with flips? If it is more then my credit card
companies charge for a cash advance then it is not
worth it. If it is a more decent rate then we can
discuss in further details plans to work together.
