I am in seach of a Creative Lender... I am in a Land Installment Contract (I'm not on title). I want to re- finance into title at 80 to 85%. The loan has to be with a private lender. So, mortgage brokers if you know someone we can talk... I've tried conventional, got to the table and the loan didn't close. The lender got cold feet because the title holders(not myself) had to do a bankrupcy.
Of course, I do not have the best credit (low 500 score). So I need someone that wants to do the loan based on the value of the property. I had an apprasial 45 days ago. The property is valued at $270,000 (I can send appraisal). I need an investor that can make this loan happen and can see a benefit for thereselves. My benefit will be to get on title. I plan to refinance in about 2 years max., after receiving a loan from you. Let me know if you can do something along these lines, or if you know someone...
