But you can get the book for about twenty five dollars on line at the publisher's web site or on eBay. I looked it up and the sale link is: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? If it is sold out, you can click on "see seller's other items" or send him an e mail as it is usually for sale all the time on ebay, but seems to sell out. I bought the book from the web site (www.Purpose.4T.com), but it is cheaper on eBay by a few dollars, and a bucks a buck. : ) Anyway, this book is called "Short Sales; The Secrets and Strategies of Pre- Foreclosure Investing" by Randy Lee. It should give you exactly what you need. I've done 5 deals using the forms and directions inside and it works great. Sometimes you'll find the banks can be a pain in the [EMAIL PROTECTED], but this is one of the best books I've seen on this subject. it is clear and to the point.
