I have a buyer with 800+ credit score. Wants to buy a 4/2 home just outside of
Austin, TX
in Manor. Home was originally priced at 225k, but it has 17k-30k foundation
issues.
Purchase may be around 165k-175k. Anyone have a good loan that can accommodate
closing costs and foundation repair? Prefer little or no points.
