I use an iPaq1945 to rcord client showing comments, and interface to a laptop/desktop by synching, adn then taking the handwritten notes into OneNOte to write my broker comments to listors.
I am working on a template with some checkboxes.
I also use excel spreadsheets to calculate payments. outlook for calendaring and followup.
I have pocket acrobat, and use this to copy the MLS listing pages to the PDA, so I have the working info with me on showings.
I plan to get either a 4700 or 6315 soon, though. I prefer the PPC PDAs to the Palm because they synch better.
I can get good pricing on these through CompUSA, where I am also employed.
