LEnding Guidelines are tightening up, becuase of such situations. These are long term workout loans, at best, and the rates are not looking attractive.
The problem is the risk to the lender has sho up, and lenders do not want to be responsible for triggering a secondary foreclosure "flood" from defaults by LLCs.
