Thank you for your interest. I would like to first
say that my uncle owns Banncor Morgage in southern
California and while I have that avenue that I could
pursue, at this time I am not really interested in
that. What I am interested in is someone who is able
to come up with a sum of money that will be able to
help me secure the properties. They way we develope
here is simple. Aquire the land, and before the close
date be complete with the project and have properties
sold by the time the money is due. It works! So if
