Dave, I received both e-mails. I am slowly getting into realestate, the no money down. You
mention a 50/50 training. How does that work (in detail) Some of the courses I have looked into are s-o-o-o expensive. I don't mind the expense if I had that kind of money... I am really interested in getting my business off the ground.
In regards to the 2 properties I have located (both by owner) One is zoned commercial and I get the impression the people are sort of holding out until the decision is made for the new Super Wal mart. Apparently her property backs to Walmart where they propose to install the gas station if it is approved by the city.
The other is in a nice residential area. I contacted they're lawyer today to ask about the deed<<< It has not been searched and the lawyer says he'll wait til he gets a signed contract before he starts any proceedings. Also their lawyer is insistant that a lawyer is represented on the contract in my behalf. I can't afford one of them right now either. I would like to be able to turn these over to an investor or broker for a fee of course. Having a little trouble understanding how that works as yet, but I'm learning!
