This property is located in the Buffalo NY area. Owner has had a realestate appraisal done and even listed with them for 3 months before offering it himself. The appraisal was at 169,000 and the owner is selling for 89,900 Firm. I am taking some pics today as well inspecting. It sounds pretty solid. The owners are getting on in age and she has failing health.
