One is a 4 bdrm , 1 1/2 bath, full basmnt, 2 car garage, good to excellent roofing and siding (only 6-7 yrs. old) new furnace, solid foundation. Seller had it listed with a realtor for 3 months then decided to try it himself. The realtors appraisal was 169,000. The owner is asking 89,900 firm. It is an excellent neighborhood with properties in that general price range. He has been renting but it is vacant now. There is also a 2 1/2 acre lot adjacent to property that he is selling. The other property is a 3/3 , garage, ecellent condition, rents are 930.00 , are currently rented asking 64,900 . Not too lenient on price, I am going to look at it Sunday. He has a couple of other businesses going on and doesn't want to bother with it. Not known if there is a mortgage on it. Will find out tomorrow. The first one (4 bdrm) has no existing mortgage.
