Okay guys here is the deal I have client who has a bankruptcy discharged 06/03, no late payments 3 years, credit scores for Equifax/Beacon = 553 ,Transunion/FICO = 529
Experian/FAIR = 549, income is $3,650.00/month has $4,000.00 for a dnpymt, Looking for 100-125k maybe able to come up with 5% cash and get seller to hold a 2nd on 100% LTV on 125k, can anyone help? Steve P
