Rigo Juarez, I am able to do up to 95% financing on some deals. I am direct and the mezz piece is a sister company, so the intercreditor agreement is already lawyer approved and the exit strategy is seemless. I also can do a FHA 220 OR 221 D 4 FOR Rehab, or 85% on a 232f. The only requirement is for the property to be decent sized and that the property and the market have an upside. There is no obligation to run the numbers for you and quote the deal. Rent roll, historicals, location is all I need initially. Call me with any questions.
