Starting news are unfolding on Jeddah Town of M/S Gilani Housing Corporation International (Pvt) Ltd, Islamabad. Sponsors of the project had to refund about 1 billion+ rupees to the allottees of Phase I of the scheme on account of over-selling the plots. They have misappropriated Rs 650 million collected from 4,500+ applicants of Phase II. Now they are inducing the Phase II applicants to pay installments through lavish advertisements in newspapers.
