I am trying to restore the website, in the meanwhile, the Jeddah Town stakeholders should ask some more questions to the project's Sponsor, M/S Gilani Housing Corporation International (Pvt) Ltd:   1) the company has not filed proper corporate returns and objections by the Registrar of the Companies have not been properly addressed for many years, not even the change of address of the company;   2) the company is also under investigation by the Assistant Registrar Companies for violating S.R.O. 778 (1)/87-Islamabad (http://www.secp.gov.pk/corporatelaws/sep_26_87.htm. Only this violation can land the company in great difficulties.   3) Chairman of the company is not accessible on telephone, has he gone underground or forced to to go underground?   4) The company has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Project Planning Consultants of Lahore, their legal entity is not disclosed but some members of the team were advisors on Business City Project.   The Jeddah town stakeholders must satisfy themselves in the light of above questions to ensure safety of their investment in the project.   Kind regards Sadiq Baig . please excuse repeating here my earlier message: CAUTION : 4500+ HAVE ALREADY BEEN FEFOOLED!
