Gentlemen, In 1976 Stuart Sall of Inecon in San Francisco completed a $300 million inter bank transfer of this type of loan.  However, he was never able to repeat the process.  I have not read of another structured financing of this type ever being completed.  So, I surmise the odds of the proposed transaction happening is dramatically similar to zilch.
