I have a very serious proposition for some of you out there. I am
looking for people to back me up on some large real estate deals that
I have available to me and always have new ones. I am looking to
possibly partner up with someone that can understand (or not) real
estate market and has both credit and or cash to put up on the
projects. I can show past deals that have generated 30%% return in
addition to doubling in value with in 1st few years.
I currently have:
Investment required: $900K
Repairs required: $300-$360K
Timeframe: 7-14 Months
Resale value $2.9 - $3.3 Million
And similar as well as much smaller deals on daily basis. This is all
through internal network and relationships that I have built.
I am not looking for someone to partner up with who will waste my
time. I am a serious professional looking for the same. I would
consider doing this on consulting basis, but would prefer on % of the
deal.
