Dear members- this article is very correct and based on sensible
observations- one has to be lucky to live in dubai during this phase
of its exciting growth- we only hope and pray that dubai will continue
to prosper for ever- my only request is that the rulers should
consider the lower and middle class of uae residents too- and they
will build many more apartments and homes for these categories of
people and provide them affordable homes. They should also ensure that
the present rents will be strictly controlled because we do not wish
to lose the thousands of middle-class expats in trying to cater to the
super-rich. A country needs all types of workers- and it is very
