All Pakistanis, whether residing within or outside Pakistan, can participate in the auction. Foreigners will be required to obtain NOC from the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan.

Timing Hours: 1030 hours to 1600 hours
with break from 1300 hours to 1400 hours
CATEGORIES OF PLOTS
1. Residential Sectors: F-11, F-10, G-10, 1-10, G-11 and Model Town Humak
2. Commercial : G-7, G-11, F-11, G-9 and 1-8
3. I&T Center : G-10
4. Economy Flats : F-11, G-11
5. Industrial : 1-9
6. Class III Shopping Center: F-10
7. CNG Station I Petrol Pump
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AUCTIONS:
Detailed terms and conditions of auction and other information relating to the plots to be auctioned are contained in two brochures, one for residential plots and the other for commercial plots, which can be obtained from the office of Estate Management Officer (Admin), and One-Window-Operation Counter, Capital
Development Authority, Facade Block-II, Khayaban-e-Suharwardy, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad, on payment of Rs 500/- per copy in cash or As. 600/- per copy through postal order drawn in favour of Capital Development c
Authority, Islamabad from 15-04-2005. Brochures are also available on Website: www.cda.gov.pk, however; original token form has to be taken from brochure for getting token. Plots will be auctioned on as is where is basis.
NOTES:
1. All Pakistanis, whether residing within or outside Pakistan, can participate in the auction. Foreigners will be required to obtain NOC from the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan.
2. The intending bidders will have to purchase tokens before participating in the auction by depositing Rs. 1000,000/- in respect of residential plots. In case of non-residential plots, they will have to obtain token for Rs. 25,00,000/- for plot, in case of plot more than 500 sq. yd. in the form of P.Os/D.Ds/Deposits-at-call.
3. The authority may extend the auction date and time if necessary.
