[RealEstate] Myrtle Beach condo for $199,900 SOLD but other are available

I know a lot of you have contacted me about the ocean front condo for $199,900
 
It has SOLD 
 
the next cheapest condo in that resort tower is $229,000
Days on the market have droped from about 170 just over a year ago to 36 last month.
The summer months are generally the big months here with all of the tourist in town and the time of year that these vacation rentals generate the most income
 
There are still some undervalued resorts on the market
