Hello,
the real estate market, especially real estate investments, has turned
international.
Many invest in Mexico, so the time is right for a dual language
central Mexican realty portal ( a third language to be added soon ).
As a broker I started focussing on international real estate
investments in 1996; setup a website and built up a loose cooperation
with brokers and agents in a number of countries.
50% of all closings were evntually international investors.
The internet openes the real estate market to more domestic and
overseas investors and buyers as ever before; country or regional
realty portals are always first choice of international users
searching for opportunities.
I am actually glad that I stated using the internet back in 1996.
Without I would never had the chances to get into contact with a
number overseas of investors.
