I have a friend who is a developer of Single family homes & Condo Complexes, believe it or not Bank of America is doing the financing on his latest project. Although they need firm commitments with assets verified on each borrower before they issue Draw money.. Not sure if they went 80%.... Most Banks will accept. DU Commitment on Borrowers w/out verifying all the clients paper work..
