Hello All Investors, I am an investor in training. I have $30,000 and a husband with a trade in contruction, to co-invest with a partner. I have a great plan for anyone that would like to work with us or who just wants to break in.
Plan I am knowledgeable in collecting information on Pre-Forclosed homes. I know how to get my foot in the door with the defensive home owners and get then to walk away form there homes for 20,000 to 30,000 thoundsands dollors. Once this has taken place we can do some minor fixs and sell the home for a huge profit. We would basiclly get a home quick claimed to us for $20,00 - 30,000, and add another $15,000 and sell in with in 3 months and cash in the equity. We could triple out investment. Need I need an investor that have $30,000 plus to work with. I need an investor that maybe just wants to kick back and rake in the profit. I need an investor that needs to invest some money and make a lot of money. What I can offer I can offer $30,000 and a husband that can do all of the fixing of the home. This saves money on not using contractors. I am also in real estate and can handle buyers fincancing for the homes we invest in. Profit split We all will make a lot of money.
