These loans are just up our alley. It is good that there are two
because we can mitigate some of their costs by doing both. Supply us with an
executive summary of the situations/transactions...and all of the parts you
would submit with any conventional multi-family loan, including info on the
borrowers. We generally can respond within a few hours of receipt, easily
overnight.
