[RealEstate] BUYING GOLF COURSES FOR REPOSITIONING

I am looking for golf courses in any metro  or larger non metro that are distressed or are bank repossessed or pre foreclosure. Golf courses with lots and land are preferable but any golf course will be considered.  A timely response will be given to all submissions and all brokers will be protected.   We will also buy the note from an institution  and allow the  institution to avoid foreclosure on the membership.   Thanks in advance for your help.
