I am personally looking to acquire three to eight more residential multi-unit properties. I am primarily interested in Essex and Union counties in New Jersey but will consider other areas.
I would be happy to pay reasonable finders fees for properties with motivated sellers.
I will work with Realtors if need be but the seller MUST have some sort of motivation.
I would like to place up to eight properties under contract in the next 30-60 days so please contact me soon with any and all deals you have.
Properties must be 2-4 units. It is fine if they require cosmetic repairs.
