Location: Anywhere in USA with good demographics
Price: $10-$100++ million, but will consider smaller deals
CAP Rate: 6.00% minimum
Lease: 10 year minimum, but may consider shorter terms for good deals
Sectors: Prefer: 1) Credit Retail
2) Large Movie Theatres
3) Will consider others sectors
