20.5 Acres of Development Land near Boise, Idaho! I very recently tied up 20.5 acres of prime residential land (currently is zoned ag.) just outside of Boise, Idaho on the edge of the City of Meridian. I am interested in bringing in a developer on this project, and have just started to market the land. I am not looking to mark up the land from my cost ($1,086,896), just to assign the property to a developer, work with the developer on rezoning issues, and to market the houses (advertise) and have the exclusive rights to sell the houses after they are built. This property is across the street from the current Area of Impact of the City of Meridian (very desirable area; high-end subdivisions), and will be caught between Meridian and the City of Kuna (fastest growing community in Idaho). I fully expect the value of the property to triple in value as soon as rezoning occurs (my projection). The property is up for rezoning in 2006. Please reply ASAP if interested in this project.
