I am looking for an investor to aid me in purchasing single family homes in the state of New Mexico. These homes have a 20 to 40k spread after rehab. The funding per unit is 30 to 80k and the turn over time is less than six months. I am working with a licensed NM contractor. We wast to work with an investor on a long term bases. The interest we are willing to pay is 15%. I am 59 yrs old and have 30 yrs in the construction business, as owner, manager and forman.
