Hello. We are seeking a loan on the equity we currently have in our current RE portfolio to purchase additional real estate like NNN, commerical complexes, etc. Therefore, we are hoping you could help. Therefore, please respond by providing us the following:
What is the estiamted interest rate and term?How fast can you close?Can it be a Line of credit rather than a straight $600,000 cash out?What will be the qualifications - credit, income, etc.?Any other ideas you may ahve to allow us to pull out the equity to buy additional investments?
