We have
been employed by a well-established group of investors to locate for them a
large number of apartment complexes in eastern seaboard states from Maryland to Florida.
As their representatives, we are compensated by them and will not look to
sellers or listing brokers for any commissions whatsoever. What our
people want are complexes of at least 150 units per property. There is no
maximum size. They will also purchase portfolios of apartment complexes,
but require that each individual property in the portfolio contain a minimum of
150 units. Again, there is no maximum size to the portfolios. Our
buyers are extremely well funded, which enables them to close very
quickly. If you have access to such properties, we would very much like to
work cooperatively with you.
