We were able to sale,50 units of the first phase (pre-sales). We have over 3 million dollars in contract on those units. These sales are backed up with approval letters and cash. We also have 50 thousand dollars in honest money in escrow. The first phase of this development is 80 units. Now to the problem. Because of the problems in New Orleans and Mississippi the private lender we were working with has decided to take their money there and really left us in a predicament. I can send you location of the development. Augusta is a beautiful place. I believe if you take a look at this you will agree. With all the work we have done. It's sad to let it go to waste.
