I have the property at Bunny Run back and will sell it at $545,000 to the first person interested and who will do a contract assignment of $15,000.00 by Friday or give me $3,000 to hold the property by Thursday. I had a buyer that had the property and he backed out so i will need $2000 to go to the title company and $3000 to me to hold the property. I can't hold this property for any long period of time without the money because i lost alot of time trying to hold it for the last investor that back out on me.
