Yes, we do purchase in the Northern California Area!  We try to stay close to home which is just outside of the bay area in the County of Solano.  The only thing I would be interested in outside of California at this point would be luxury homes sold at a huge discount, or apartment buildings priced less than 1 million with a minimum of 20 units or more.  The apartments must have serious upside potential.
