Ok I got a real problem I have a tenant I gave a Sales Contract on my house and they put it in trust and also got a lease option with it. well they fell behind and are 2 months behind on there payments NOW they are moving and tell me they have assigned the trust over to someone else so they no longer own it NOW what do it do . do I sue them for the money , can they do this, someone please help!!
