I have had a call in from a colleague in Spain to locate an aparthotel on the Algarve for sale, or an hotel. It must be up and running and ready to go.There are no restrictions on value, anything will be considered.I have since found that any other country will also be looked at. So, if you have hotels for sale or aparthotels please let me know. If you have anything actually 'ready to go' please come back to me today as the buyers are keen to conclude. A detailed list, price, rooms, area etc, profits, turnover would be appreciated. On another point, last week I advertised 25 plots of land in Silves (Algarve) for sale at 40,000 Euros each. The plots are 1,000 metres each or 25,000 sq metres (2.5 hectares) out of the available 50 hectares. 2.5% of the shareholding of the company that owns the land will be sold next week to one buyer who has bid for the lot. The land is in the ATT2 build area and is building land. One lucky person on this list of recipients will shortly receive a six figure commission cheque. Well done 'N'. On the strength of this sale. The owner sees no reason why this could not be repeated if demand were there.Therefore, let me know if you have interested parties who would like a fabulous plot on a lakeside or views of the lake.Owners can sell on or build a log cabin for residence or rental. The area is touristic and grants are available for the infrastructure and site improvement. Also golf course planned. These plots are hot, it doesn't cost anything to send to your list.
