I am creating avi files in ULEAD Studio Pro 5.0 and saving them as Indeo Raw 1.1 16bit AVI files with no compression at 1-fps for slide show media.. Then I convert to Real Media in Soundforge or Real Publisher. The .rm file plays great locally, but when trying to stream from my ISP just buffers forever and never plays.. However if I capture a video file from a vcr at the same format at 1-fps, same format, convert in Soundforge, it streams just fine.. What am I missing?
