Depends on exactly what you want to do and how you want to do it.
If you want to be able to do stuff like cross-fade video while it's
playing... then no, you can't do this and I have no idea if it is something
RealNetworks is considering.
However you might be able to achieve a similar affect by replacing a
video's region with a RealPix region. The RealPix region would contain the
last still frame of the video, would transition to the first still frame of
the next video, and then you'd replace that with the video region and start
playing the video.
I think this might work and it would get you transitioning between two
videos-- just not while they're playing.
