Subject: script help with ramgen
I'm in the middle of moving my production environment away from pointing to
*.ram/*.rpm files in HTML to play RealMedia to using ra
mgen to accomplish the same task. As I understand, to use ramgen, I place
in my anchor tag the following syntax:
<a href=http://ip of video server:port#/ramgen/mount
point/filename.rm?start="start time if necessary"&end="end time if
necessary">Watch This Cool Video</a>
To avoid improper use of the RealMedia we provide, I'm in need of some
javascript which will hide the IP of my video server. Does anyone on the
forum have some script handy to help me do this?
