I can't tell you anything from the information you've given me except that
it sounds like she has installation problems.
The only advice I can give is this: re-install the RealPlayer.
The more important pieces of information you should provide are: what
browser and version is she using? What operating system is she using?
What type of computer is she using? What behaviot is she seeing?
