Subject: low bandwidth encoding
Has anyone ever done a low bandwidth comparison at 28.8 between 160x120 and
240x180? Especially in respect to starting and stopping for buffering?
I want to try encoding a 160x120 video for our 28.8 viewers and use the
system-bandrate switch in SMIL, if there will be an improvement. If not, I
would much rather let G2 handle my multiple bandwidths with one 240x180
file.
I and Dennis (I am sure) will appreciate any input.
