Subject: embeded files won't stop
Hi,
I tried this with several files (via Javascript/setSource() with
an embedded Player) but it's always the same: when the file obviously
has played out it does not really stop which means that the time indicator
won't go back to 00:00:00 and PlayState returns 3 (=Playing) untill you
manually press the stop button.
I prepared a demo, please go to the following page on the real site:
http://www.real.com/devzone/tools/demos/java/rajavascript.html
then enter this url in the textfield below the embedded player:
pnm://212.227.56.78/audio/ra_Tests/st_default_o.rm
and press the 'Play URL.' button (it's just a 5 sec. file to illustrate
the problem). However the file you'll find when entering the page initially
(some advertisement for RA Player 4.0 I guess) does stop correctly.
Could anybody enlighten me what I do wrong or provide a workaround how to
force my files to stop?
