Subject: old-style bandwidth negotiation with G2 files

Is it possible to use that older method of doing bandwidth negotiation with
G2 files? For example, with RealSytem 5.0, you would create a folder named
something like "songname.rm" and inside that folder would be multiple files
that were named things like "pnrv.36" and "pnrv.48", with each one
representing a different bitrate. I ask because I'd like to deliver smaller
sized realvideo files (160x120 as opposed to 320x240) for 28k and 56k
connnections, and the current method of doing multi-template encoding
doesn't seem to allow for that. Anyone here know if it'll work or not? And
can you use SureStream encoded files using that method?

[ Moderator's Note: No, you cannot do 5.0-style bandwidth negotiation with
G2 files. The new RealVideo G2 with Scalable Video Technology, available
in RealProducer G2 6.1, should deal with your problem though. It
automatically encodes and plays back at the optimum frame size. Check out
