Since all objects in the show have a time to them (the video, the slides
(each has a start time), and the notes/text (also have start times to them)
the index is for the entire show. To link to different shows you could have
a sub menu (the space below the video is for this) that is the same in each
clip (The master index) with the show index, slides, audio/video, and
notes/text specific for each show.
