I don't know if it will serve for you, but I had
some problems with RealProducer and Osprey 100 on
NT that I could resolve doing the following:
In the Control Panel -> Multimedia -> Devices ->
Video Capture Device -> Osprey 100 -> Properties

Disable the Direct Draw check box.
