I think what you are referring to is more a feature of the Windows OS
than the RealPlayer. The RealPlayer writes the curent title information
to the title bar of the RealPlayer. The Windows OS then puts the
application's title in the task bar field. If the title is too long to
display in the task bar, Windows OS then truncates the title and then
displays the full title information in a mouseover field.
to supress the current song being reported in the title would mean
modifying core components of the RealPlayer so that it did not report
the title of the current content in the title bar.
The best way to get what you are looking for might be to put the song
title and author in the 'author' field and only report the station ID
info in the title field.
