We had a problem with this also. There was a hardware conflict
(unresolvable) with Compaq 1850R machines & the 1.4 drivers, but the 1.3
drivers worked fine. In our Dell desktops the 1.4 drivers seem to work
fine. Viewcast (who makes Osprey) was the one who informed us of the
hardware problem with that type of Compaq machine.

disable the preview window on RealProducer... Or load 98 on the box.. ;)
