Subject: Events file and Macintosh

I am having a problem with synchronized multimedia
when viewed on a Macintosh..

We have a real video file that is synchronized to pictures, all inside an
HTML document. This will be distributed in a CD-ROM, so all the links and
files are always local.

We created an events file with entries like this one
u 28.00 38.55 &&pages&&cindy2.htm

Then we merged it with the Real Video file.

This works perfectly on windows. The correct pages load in the right frame
at the right time. But it will not work on a Macintosh. The browser will
complain it can't find the server cindy2.htm

We tried these entries:
u 28.00 38.55 &&pages&&file:cindy2.htm
u 28.00 38.55 &&pages&&file:///cindy2.htm
u 28.00 38.55 &&pages&&file://cindy2.htm
u 28.00 38.55 &&pages&&file:\\\cindy2.htm
u 28.00 38.55 &&pages&&file:\\cindy2.htm

None of them work in any of our Macs. Remember, the files are stored in a
CD-ROM, everything is local.

Any ideas?

David
