Subject: Re: data format of the raw audio send to my own audio device

I had checked the RMAAudioFormat passed to
IRMAAudioDevice::Open and it is 2 channels, 16 Bits/Sample and 16000
samples/sec
for testing data thanks3.ra. But when I use my sound edit to play the dumped
file
and signal looks like a saturated white noice. I just wonder if I should call
some
method of the player to adjust the volume. If I do, how should I do it?

Cheers, Frederick
