packets can very in size.  For the most part they are somewhat
correlated to the bitrate being streamed (or bitrate ranges) but they
can vary depending on many factors.  In general you should not depend on
any particular number but if you really need a ballpark, the SDK defines
about a 500k packet (after headers) as a good figure.
